Ty Forkner was born in Seoul, Korea and adopted when he was 2 months old by Richard Forkner, one of the first single men to adopt in Iowa. After growing up in Orlando, Fla., Ty attended the University of Florida in 2000, where he received a B.S. Degree in Advertising and a minor in Business. Ty has been a top five producer within Douglas Elliman Florida since 2009 and in 2014 transferred to SBI Realty which was acquired by ONE Sotheby's International Realty.
